We recently released the updated version of our Village web page – www.villageofhoward.com. The one area we wanted to make more prominent, is our Citizen Request Management (CRM) System.

The purpose of the CRM is to streamline the service request process for residents & businesses. For example, if you have a pothole on your street that needs repair, you can use the CRM, submit the information, and track the progress – at your convenience – online. Not only does it allow you to track the request, it allows the Village to incorporate the information received into our performance measurement process. This information is very important to us, because it allows us to review and benchmark critical areas, and to ensure we are meeting the standards that we establish.

I encourage everyone to visit the CRM and to try it out.
